Even as the three member judges panel went ahead with its proceedings vis-a-vis representations of 147 employees in the Secretariat, the Tamil Nadu government is in no mood to let go the suspended and dismissed state employees.

Chief Secretary Lakshmi Pranesh has asked the respective appointing authority to prepare and file the ‘‘statement of objection (of the government)’’ on the contentions in each of the representation of the employee, before the panel by Sept 5.
