I find that a nice warm glass of water with lime works wonders. If you have a throbbing headache, a Saridon tablet clears it immediately, and even soothes your frazzled nerves.

THE best thing to have after a binge is a Kaazakazoonga. It’s a very stiff dose of orange juice with vodka and a dash of lime juice. I wouldn’t have believed that more alcohol would cure a hangover. But I was made to drink it once when I was sozzled and—boing! I was beady-eyed and bushy-tailed all over again. It’s definitely what I would recommend.

I DRINK plenty of water and go for a swim. The fresh air and light exercise works wonders.

TO cure a hangover which is a result of too much work or drink, have a hot bath, eat well and get a few hours of undisturbed sleep. And pop a Disprin if you have to get rid of a headache.

The only way to prevent a hangover is to grab a bottle of vodka the next day and stay drunk. I’ve tried this very often and it really works.

DON’T think about it. Pop an Advil before you get into bed at night and sleep it out. When you wake up, have some fresh juice and avoid coffee. Have a hot shower or head for a steam—that really helps cleanse the toxins. Then just jump into your work, and you’ll forget you ever had a hangover.
