MUMBAI, January 21: In a surprise move, Shiv Sena supremo Bal Thackeray had an unscheduled meeting with Pakistani High Commissioner Ashraf Jahangir Kazi at his `Matoshree' residence in Bandra this evening.On meeting Kazi, Thackeray reportedly said that his coalition State Government will not hesitate to give a rousing reception to the Pakistani cricket team whenever they come to Mumbai, provided that ``they improve their behaviour and attitude''. Thackeray, reportedly did not specify or elaborate further in this regard and it is not known how Kazi reacted to the Sena supremo's statement.The rendezvous, however, is said to be cordial.Kazi is in the city on an invitation from the All India Association of Industries and is scheduled to address them on Thursday on Indo-Pak relations.
