Sachin Tendulkar made 97 to power India to a six-wicket win over Pakistan in the fourth one-dayer on Thursday, taking an unassailable 3-1 lead in the series with a game to spare. India coasted to 260 for four wickets in 46.3 overs chasing Pakistan's 255 for six. Pakistan's batting mainstay Mohammad Yousuf also missed out on a hundred, stranded on 99 not out. The 34-year-old Tendulkar, out for 99 in the second match, struck 16 fours until he played on to the stumps against paceman Umar Gul on the verge of his 42nd one-day hundred, his sixth dismissal in the 90s in 2007. Yuvraj Singh (53 not out) and skipper Mahendra Dhoni (45 not out) raised 101 for the unbroken fifth wicket to finish in style. Yousuf anchored the innings following a slow start after vice captain Younis Khan made a patient 68 in the day-nighter. He stroked seven fours and two sixes from 104 balls, adding 51 runs for the third wicket with Younis and then 94 more for the fifth wicket with Misbah-ul Haq (40) after Pakistan chose to bat. The final game will be played in Jaipur on Sunday.
