The plush office of Culture Minister Ambika Soni is these days full of harried men and women. The minister, who shuttles between her tourism and culture offices, is scared of the rats doing the rounds in her Shastri Bhawan office. This week she raised an alarm, and her staff were sent packing for rat poison. She has apparently told the babus that she won8217;t come there if they don8217;t get rid of the rats.
