PUNE, SEPT 17: David K Manuel, one of the six suspected Inter Services Intelligence ISI agents, was granted bail by Judicial Magistrate First Class JFMC, Pradeep Meshram here on Thursday.
Manuel was arrested for alleged espionage at Ammunition Factory in Khadki and Ordnance Factory depot at Dehu Road.
The accused was ordered by the court to furnish a solvent surety of Rs 25,000 of one person and directed to report to the crime branch daily between 11 am to 1 pm till the filing of the chargesheet.
Manual was granted bail as the police failed to file the chargesheet within 90 days. The accused had filed a bail application under section 167 2 of the CrPC in the court through his advocate.
The police had arrested Manuel alongwith another suspected ISI agent Sayed A Mohammed Desai.
