NEW DELHI, Sept 15: The uncertainty over Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited's cellular foray in Delhi and Mumbai deepened as Sterling Cellular Limited today approached Delhi High Court challenging a previous order clearing decks for MTNL to enter the new venture.A division bench comprising justice R C Lahoti and C K Mahajan issued notices to Department of Telecom (DoT), MTNL, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) and Bharti Cellular Ltd and posted the case for further hearing on october nine.
