NEW DELHI, January 17: St Stephen's College defeated Sri Ram College of Commerce 3-0 in the inter-college men's tennis tournament final to win the title for the second straight year here.Ramjas scored an upset 3-1 win over Hindu College to finish third. It was after a gap of 12 years that Ramjas College had clinched the third spot in the inter-college competition.
