PANCHKULA, July 26: Annual Project Day was celebrated yesterday by Bhavan Vidyalaya, Sector 15, where projects on the common theme- "Nature's Calendar: the spectacular seasons" were displayed.While students of Class IV dealt with the use of science and technology in making seasons comfortable for man, students of Class V portrayed the sweltering heat of summer season being relieved by mangoes and ice-creams.The pleasures and calamities of the rainy season - "The Monsoon" was portrayed by students of Class VI while the Class VII students dwelled on the splendour of autumn.The winter season was depicted by students of Class VIII, who projected the chill of the seasons along with the large number of sales which happen in the season. An ambience of cheer marked the "spring" season portrayed by students of Class IX. Class X students attempted an analytical approach to the phenomenon of seasons. A quiz was also organised for the visitors.
