CHANDIGARH, Dec 2: The local police is providing special security to Israelis participating in the ongoing Agro Tech `98 at the Sector 17 Parade Ground here.Although police say that they received no request for special security from any intelligence agency or the Israeli High Commission, according to sources, Z-category cover has been provided to the Israeli delegation as well as foreign and Indian VIPs attending the fair. This includes bodyguards and mobile security. "It's foolproof," the officials claim. Foreign delegates have come from Israel, the Netherlands, the UK, Italy, Canada, France and Spain.
