CHENNAI, Sept. 4: Police have formed a special team to nab some unidentified youth who allegedly tricked women into parting with their jewellery. They trick the women into believing that they can polish their jewels to a ‘sparkle’ and later get away with them after sprinkling some powder on the victim’s face.
