PARIS, June 24: After losing 0-5 to the Netherlands, being eliminated from the World Cup and sacking their coach, South Korea are out to mend their pride by shattering Belgium's dreams tomorrow.Belgium know history is firmly on their side - a Korean win would be their first in 13 attempts over five World Cup finals - but the Group E standings are not.Their problem is that not only do they have to beat the Koreans to reach the last 16, the Belgians also need their Dutch neighbours to beat Mexico. If the Dutch and Mexicans draw, Belgium must win by at least three goals at the Parc des Princes to go through.``We are not going to play with the obsession of having to score three times,'' said veteran mid-fielder Enzo Scifo. ``We'll start by trying to win the match and then we'll see.''Belgium are third in Group E on two points behind the Dutch and Mexicans on four. The Dutch could well meet their part of the bargain but beating the Koreans, who led Mexico before having a man sent off and goingdown 3-1, could prove harder for a Belgian team that makes heavy weather of less-fancied sides.Belgium drew 0-0 with the Dutch and then 2-2 with the talented but fragile Mexicans after leading 2-0.``I said before that we'd need five points. It's not entirely up to us,'' said Belgian coach Georges Leekens. ``But the Dutch, I know them, they always play to win.''The Belgians are without winger Danny Boffin, who suffered a knee injury against Mexico last week, and goalkeeper Filip de Wilde has a nagging groin strain that could force him to make way for reserve Philippe Vande Walle.Veteran captain Franky van der Elst is also doubtful.Leekens named his side yesterday, with Luc Nilis and Lui Oliveira up front and Marc Wilmots and Scifo in mid-field. Nico van Kerckhoven takes Boffin's place while Gert Verheyen, sent-off substitute against Mexico, is suspended.``We just need the cohesion of our match against the Netherlands and apply the opportunism of our match against Mexico,'' said defender EricDeflandre.South Korea, who sacked Cha Bum-Kun on Sunday, hope to be more attacking under Kim Pyung-Seok leadership.``We're going to make some changes, we're going to reinforce the mid-field and both flanks because the Belgians are likely to take advantage of any weaknesses there,'' said new coach Kim, who played in the 1986 tournament.``We have qualified for the World Cup four times in succession but we still haven't won a game. So we're going to do our very best to achieve that.''``We've decided to take a victory home with us.''Probable teams Belgium: 1-Filip de Wilde or 12-Philippe Vande Walle; 22-Eric Deflandre, 3-Lorenzo Staelens, 4-Gordon Vidovic, 5-Vital Borkelmans, 6-Franky Van Der Elst or 15-Philippe Clement, 14-Enzo Scifo, 7-Marc Wilmots, 11-Nico Van Kerckhoven, 8-Luis Oliveira, 10-Luc Nilis.South Korea: 1-Kim Byung-Ji; 12-Lee Sang-Hun, 20-Hong Myung-Bo, 13-Kim Tae-Young, 6-Yoo Sang-Chul, 5-Lee Min-Sung, 7-Kim Do-Keun, 2-Choi Sung-Yong, 17-Ha Seok-Ju, 10-Choi Yong-Soo,11-Seo Jung-Won.
