PATNA, JANUARY 10: With the late realisation that Bihar holds the key to the success of Congress in the Hindi heartland, party chief Sonia Gandhi has decided to pool in all her resources to make the organisation a vibrant political outfit here.Though aware that the ground situation still does not favour the Congress to contest all the 324 Assembly seats in the state, the party has taken the decision simply to revamp the organisation at the grass-root level.Party secretary Pratak Bhanu Sharma, who is incharge of Bihar, told newsmen that Sonia would be coming to Bihar for six days to have a direct interaction with lower-level workers. He also said the party leadership had taken a decision not to give tickets to persons with criminal or bad track record.
