PUNE, Dec 3: Genius knows no boundaries. Least of all physical ones. This was more than proved right by the 89 handicapped soldiers, sailors and airmen who assembled at the Queen's Mary Technical Institute for Disabled Soldiers for the sports meet organised on the occassion of the World Disabled Day today.The soldiers, who included paraplegics in wheel chairs, put up a professional show in high skilled events such as shot put, discus and javelin throws, wheel chair races, basketball and tug-of-war, the latter providing the high point for the day.Those victorious in their respective events will represent the QMTI in the State-level sports meet to be held in Mumbai.ResultsDiscus Throw: 1.
