Examining the link between personality and body mass, Masako Kakizaki of Tohoku University, said: “Outgoing people had more chances of having a BMI of over 25.” Extrovert men had 1.73 times more chances of obesity. Extrovert women were 1.53 times more likely to be obese, anxious people, have a BMI less than 18.5.
