PALEMBANG, (Indonesia) DEC 20: The Silk Air flight that crashed in Sumatra with 104 people on board, exploded in the air before coming down, a resident in Sungsang, south Sumatra, said on Saturday.``I heard the explosion around 4:30 pm (Friday, 0930 GMT),'' Yani, who would only give his first name, told AFP from the local administration's office in Sungsang. No survivors have yet been found.Several local press reports quoted police officials in Sungsang, as saying they heard the explosion during a routine patrol on Friday afternoon.
