Title for Keshav Puram
Keshav Puram Club won the Gold Star Super Six Trophy beating Gold Star Academy by 20 runs at President’s Body Guard ground. Ajay Narang (75), Bhola Shankar (57) and Raman Dhamija (52) were the main scorers for the winners while Gurpreet Singh (67 not out) and Santokh Singh (51 not out) were the principal contributors for the losers.
Ajay Narang (best batsman), Shailender Nath (best bowler) and Santokh Singh (best all-rounder) were also awarded for their performance during the tournament.

Bright Club triumph
A fine all-round performance by Gurpreet Singh (66 and 5 for 30) and Sandeep Joshi’s 80 powered Bright Club to a five-run victory over Leeds XI (London) in the third match of their England tour. R Jone (60) and M Aggarwal (46) were the main scorers for the losers.

Aquatic meet
The sports branch of the Directorate of Education (Delhi Government) will organise open aquatic meet in 16 groups for men, women, boys and girls at Punjabi Bagh Club pool from July 26 to 29.
