Pakistan fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar has been banned for 13 international matches and fined Rs 3.4 million.

Pakistan fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar has been banned for 13 international matches and fined Rs 3.4 million by the disciplinary committee of the Pakistan Cricket Board.

Chairman of the committee Shafqat Naghmi announced on Thursday that Shoaib had been found guilty of five breaches of the code of conduct and would be under a two-year observation period.
