Attempting to lift its sagging morale in the crucial state of Uttar Pradesh, the BJP will make internal security a campaign issue and organise a series of rallies in the state. UP has witnessed several terrorist attacks in its towns and the BJP feels that it is an issue that can help the party bounce back in the state. The first of the rallies will be held in Rampur where terrorists had attacked a CRPF camp last week. This will be followed by rallies in Ayodhya, Varanasi, Gorakhpur and Lucknow.
