NAGPUR, Aug 20: The former chairman of Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), Madhavrao Scindia, today lashed out at the selectors of the Indian cricket team and demanded that the entire selection committee should be dissolved immediately.

“It was unfortunate that people who had not even played Ranji Trophy are in the selection committee. They have made a total hash of the selection,” said Scindia .

When asked if Sachin Tendulkar be dismissed as captain after the team’s spate of poor performances, Scindia said: "What needed to be replaced was the selection committee, and not the captain".
