NEW DELHI, Jan 21: All the candidates of Bharatiya Janata Party from Lok Sabha constituencies in Delhi have informally launched their campaign, cashing in on the delay by the Congress party in announcing its list for Delhi.

BJP candidate from South Delhi Sushma Swaraj asserted that she would win the seat with a “comfortable majority.” According to her, polling booths have already been set up and 1,100 party workers are reaching out to people by going door-to-door.

At a press conference on Monday, she said, “Let the Congress party put up a heavyweight candidate, we are going to win the elections.” She was answering a query on what her chances would be if the Congress decides to field former Union Finance Minister Manmonhan Singh from South Delhi.
