MOSCOW, Aug 6: Two senior-most former Russian generals have today demanded resignation and impeachment of President Boris Yeltsin and formation of a popular government.The sensational statement was made by recently retired Defence Minister Gen Igor Rodionov and Russian Parliament Defence Committee chief Gen Leve Rochlin. Gen Rochlin indicated that he was building a political movement and was certain to achieve support from all political parties barring ultranationalists and Fascists.
