CHENNAI, Jan. 30:One stretch of the EVR Periyar Salai at Poonamallee here, which was closed to traffic for the past four years due to the proximity of the prison-cum-complex where the accussed in the Rajiv Gandhi assassination case were lodged, has been reopened to traffic again.
