MUZAFFARNAGAR, Oct 17: Railways and holders Air-India were declared joint winners in the 22nd National women’s cricket championship.

The decision was taken after the third day’s play in the final match was also washed out at the Sports Stadium here today.

After an inspection of the ground today, umpires Des Raj and Subhash Mathur ruled out play for the final day.
