Accused shoe-bomber Richard Reid has offered to plead guilty to all criminal charges against him if the US Government withdraws accusations that he received training from the Al Qaeda. His lawyers had requested deletion of two paragraphs from the indictment that allege he received training from Al Qaeda. But US Attorney General John Ashcroft said the Government would not back down from all its allegations against him.
