After spending 15 years at 1 Anne Marg, former chief minister Rabri Devi has been served notice to vacate the bungalow for the new CM and has been alloted 10 Circular Road, assigned to her brother Anirudh Prasad alias Sadhu Yadav during the rjd regime. “10, Circular Road has been alloted to Rabri Devi,” Secretary, Building Construction Department, Arun Kumar Singh said today. However, no time limit has been set for the former CM to shift to her new dwelling, Singh said, adding that she has been asked to do so at the “earliest”. The 10, Circular Road bungalow had been renamed by Sadhu Yadav as “10 Janpath”, the address of Congress president Sonia Gandhi in New Delhi. RJD president Laloo Prasad Yadav has also been asked to vacate his 10 Desratna Marg bungalow (which had a common pathway connecting with the 1 Anne Marg) and stay with Rabri in the 10, Circular Road bungalow. While new CM Nitish Kumar will move into 1 Anne Marg, his close friend and now state HRD Minister Brishen Patel will occupy Laloo’s.
