Kolhapur, NOV 8: Property worth Rs 7 lakh was destroyed in a fire which broke out in a shop at the city's Venus Corner here today.The property included stocks of sewing machine, television sets, refrigerators, and their spare parts. According to fire brigade sources five fire fighting engines and two water tankers of the Kolhapur Municipal Corporation (KMC) were used to douse the flames. The shop belonged to one Dileep Parmar and Nilesh Shah, sources said adding that the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
