She urged the panel to express solidarity with Kashmiris

At Pakistan’s insistence,a reference to the Kashmir issue was included in the declaration adopted at a meeting of an Organisation of Islamic Conference (OIC) panel in Abu Dhabi.

The 11-point draft declaration of the meeting of the Parliamentary Union of Islamic Countries,a panel of the OIC,had no mention of the Kashmir issue thought it dealt with the Palestinian problem,inter-faith dialogue, rights of minorities in Islamic countries and the unrest in Tunisia.
