British Formula One racer Jenson Button is confident that his McLaren team can compete with Red Bull in the 2012-13 season. With pre-season testing over,Buttons attention is on the opener in Melbourne in two weeks and he knows McLaren cant afford to have the same problems they had a year ago. The Daily Mail quoted him,as saying: Im a lot happier with everything compared with last year. Button added: Last year we had problems with the exhaust. But we also had the problem that we just werent very fast. I feel that the field will be bunched up a lot more. Red Bull wont have the advantage out of the blocks that they had last season. It gives us an opportunity, Button said.
