Athletes including swimmers Richa Mishra,Jyotsana Pansare and shot putter Saurabh Vij,whose B samples returned positive in National Anti Doping Agency tests,will be heard by a NADA disciplinary panel on September 22. The panel will be headed by retired sessions judge Dinesh Dayal. NADA had asked for a quick hearing keeping in mind the Commonwealth Games.
