November 25: The MSEB vigilance squad has unearthed a power theft of Rs 1.20 crore in Bhiwandi. V R Shah and S S Shah, owners of a powerloom unit, had directly tapped 27,44,280 volts power from a main cable for over three years. The billing on this consumption would have been Rs 1,20,06,280. They have been arrested.
