NEW DELHI, January 28: The People's Union for Civil Liberties (PUCL) has alleged that its mobile exhibition of posters on human rights awareness outside Coffee Home on Baba Kharak Singh Marg was not allowed to be displayed. The police said that the exhibition violated Section 144 CrPC. The exhibition had earlier been displayed at the same venue at Jantar Mantar and in front of the Police HQ.
