The Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court on Thursday fixed January 28 next for further hearing of the petition challenging the Rae Bareli court order discharging Dy Prime Minister L.K. Advani in the Babri demolition case.

On the prayer of the CBI counsel, the court granted three weeks time to the agency to seek instructions in the matter. The petition has been filed by Haji Mehboob Ahmed and Hashim Md Siddique, both plaintiffs in the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid title suits. — (Agencies)
