AHMEDNAGAR, Aug 29: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) president Sharad Pawar today reiterated his prediction on the fractured mandate leading to another coalition government at the Centre. Elaborating he cited examples of successful coalition governments from a few other countries of the world.Replying to a question, Pawar ruled out the notion on he having a post electoral truck with Bharatiya Janata Party or the Sonia Gandhi-lead Congress. He was confident that the NCP would bag majoirty seats in the State in both Lok Sabha and Assembly elections, Pawar said, though he added that NCP would have to struggle in its base, the western Maharashtra.On article 356, Pawar said he was not in favour in abolishing the article, but it should he used with utmost care.
