Fourth seeds Leander Paes and Martin Damm went down to top seeds Bob and Mike Bryan in the semi-finals of the $2,200,000 Cincinnati Masters in Toronto, Canada.

The Indo-Czech pair squandered a one-set lead to go down 6-3, 0-6, 7-10 to the Americans, who advanced to their 12th final this year.

The top seeds will take on the sixth seeded Israeli duo of Jonathan Erlich and Andy Ram, who beat Czechs Lukas Dlouhy and Pavel Vizner 7-6 (4), 7-5. The Bryan brothers have already won a personal-best eight titles this year. The top seeds raced to an 8-2 lead in the tie-break but Paes and Damm recovered to make it 8-7. The comeback, however, proved to be too late as Bob Bryan fired a couple of un-returnable serves to clinch it.

Another title chance

Rohan Bopanna and Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi stormed into their fourth successive final after a straight set win against Jim Thomas and Steve Darcis in the $50,000 ATP Challenger in Bronx, New York. The fourth seeded duo beat their unseeded rivals 6-4, 6-4 in the semi-finals and will take on American qualifiers Alberto Francis and Phillip King in the finals.
