HYDERABAD, FEBRUARY 4: North Zone will clash with South Zone in the four-day All-India Inter-university cricket final for Vizzy Trophy to be played at Lal Bahadur Stadium from February 6-9.

Both the semi-finals were drawn but North and South made it to the final by virtue of first innings lead. North led by 100 runs over East Zone while South led West Zone by 83 runs.

Brief scores: North Zone 219 and 346-5 (Tarun Gupta 56, Deepak Bhatnagar 81, Varun Kumar 61, Sangram Singh 52 not out) drew East 119 and 188-7. South Zone 434 and 74-1 drew West Zone 351 (Prashanth Kharade 99, Rahul Satvaskar 52, Jasraj Bhonsel 62; Srinivas 3-71).
