Making it clear that there would be no compromise with the party leadership, expelled BJP leader Uma Bharati said today that she would embark on a fresh 90-day march in February to drum up public support, an apparent move towards launching a separate political outfit.

Concluding her 48-day-long Ram-roti yatra here, Bharati continued her attack against L K Advani by alleging that the BJP had lost the ideological base on which it was formed.

‘‘I will embark on a 90-day jan adesh yatra on February 6 from Vindya Vahini to Chitrakoot to seek public support. My future political life will depend on this yatra and if I get enough public support, I will announce a definite direction to my political life at Chitrakoot,’’ she said.

Asked if the BJP had expressed readiness to take her back, Bharti said: ‘‘It is necessary to ascertain who is in and who is out because the BJP means the ideology on the basis of which the party was formed. Whoever follows these principles is a BJP member.”
