The Inter-State officials meeting over water between Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka ended inconclusively today. Both sides stuck to their stand that they were not violating norms and accepted standards set by the Centre on river projects. Sources said the CWC meet discussed Paragodu and Upper Tunga projects in detail.

Meanwhile, Karnataka CM S.M. Krishna stated AP has no right to object to the projects taken up by the co-riparian state, unless such works or projects cause any material injury to its acquired rights.
