MY personal trainer is going to start me on a very strenuous regime for a month and a half. It’ll be a mixture of weights and cardio and be tougher than any regime I’ve ever followed. I’m definitely going to stick by it and if I’m offered jobs that come in the way, I won’t take them. My trainer will also travel with me.
