Former External Affairs Minister K Natwar Singh is at the new Moti Bagh residence of his brother-in-law and Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh. Natwar, whose visit is under wraps, arrived in a personal vehicle here yesterday evening.Insiders say Natwar wants to unwind and hold deliberations with Amrinder besides avoiding media glare. Amrinder cancelled his engagements, inluding a dinner with a delegation of Pakistani judges at his house, today stating viral fever as the reason.Meanwhile, spokesman of the new Moti Bagh Palace refused to confirm Natwar’s presence. Deputy Commissioner Tejveer Singh and SSP Amardeep Singh Rai said they had received no official communication either from the Union or the State government in this connection.
