PUNE, March 31: City's Nasrin Sheikh bagged a gold medal in the 16th Mallakhamb National championship at Phaltan recently. She topped the Women's Open group with 14.850 points.Another city girl, Suvarna Takle, from Maharashtriya Mandal took the silver in the girls under-12 years group with 10.475 points.The Maharashtra teams secured the general championship while Vishwatej Mohite secured the gold in the open group with 41.750 points.
