Mysore cops dilly-dally, HC gets act together

With the Bangalore police dilly-dallying in taking action against highly-placed members of the legal fraternity allegedly involved in the sex scandal, Karnataka High High Court Registrar Ajit C. Kabin, under orders from the Supreme Court, was sent to Mysore yesterday to initiate preliminary investigations into the matter.

Kabin’s first day on his fact-finding mission proved to be more difficult than he had imagined with the local police and the owner of the hotel which was raided flatly denying the reports.
