SURAT, Jan 28: The Detection of Crime Branch (DCB) of the city, who had escorted Chandrakant Kahar and Naresh Patel arrested in the Nita Satbhaya case, to Ahmedabad for a lie detection test, did not press for their further remand and have, instead, sent them to judicial custody.The third accused Kallu Dagga is now being interrogated as part of the two-day remand and will also undergo a lie detection test. Assistant Commissioner of Police (Special branch) M B Pethani said that the police would brief the press on the progress of the interrogations after Dagga's test. Dagga was presented before a magistrate on Ahmedabad on Wednesday evening, where an additional two-day remand was granted.
