MUMBAI, December 5:The government analyst, Maharashtra State, Mumbai has directed the following eight batches of drugs to be of sub-standard quality. The manufacturers of the drugs in Maharashtra have been directed to stop sale of batches and recall stock already sold. Information regarding instances of sale or distribution of the said sub-standard drugs can be communicated to the Commissioner, FDA, MS, Survey no 341, Bandra-Kurla complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai 51: Chloroquine Phosphate Injection B P, BXN C 9705, M/s Hastand EMP Limited, Mumbai-400 021; Chloroquine Phosphate injection I P C9704, M/s Gustopharma private limited, Jalna-431 203; Diphenhydramine Capsules I.P.,25896, M/s Rita enterprises, Mumbai 12, Cyptone – I Drops, NL 475 M/s Numed Laboratories pvt ltd, Mumbai 10, Elpitone syrup, EP 103, M/s Lotus pharmaceuticals, Nanded 431601, Cephalexin for oral suspension USP Ducef Deogiri Dry Syrup, DX D006, M/s Deogiri Pharma Pvt ltd, Jalna 431203 and Ethiplex 12-B Complex liquid C vitamin B-12, 10057, M/s ethics pharma, Aurangabad.

Lost articles

The Mumbai Taxi Association has received some articles left behind in taxis. Citizens can contact the office secretary between 11 am and 5 pm on all working days. The articles will be handed over after they furnish proof of ownership. If the articles are not collected within 15 days of the publication of this notice, they will be disposed off. Competitionn SAHITYA Rang, a quarterly Marathi magazine, is holding a state-level story writing competition.
