BHOPAL, FEBRUARY 17: Madhya Pradesh Assembly Speaker, Sriniwas Tiwari on Thursday directed the State Government to provide adequate security to legislators. The Speaker gave this directive during the zero hour when Sunil Nayak (BJP) complained that Chief Minister Digvijay Singh and Home Minister, Nand Kumar Patel had not provided him with security guards despite his pointing out that he had been receiving repeated threats to his life from the mafias.Supporting Nayak, Himmat Kothari, Brij Mohan Agarwal and Kailash Vijaywargia (all BJP) urged the Speaker to direct the State Government to make adequate arrangements for the security of legislators.
