The southwest monsoon has further advanced into most parts of Arabian Sea, Gujarat, west MP, most parts of east Rajasthan, west UP and parts of Punjab, Haryana and Delhi, the Met Department said.Under the influence of Sunday’s cyclonic circulation, a low pressure area formed over northwest Bay and Gangetic West Bengal in the morning, which became well marked by the evening. In the past 24 hours, the Southwest monsoon has been vigorous over Gujarat, central Maharashtra and active over Chhattisgarh and west MP.
