A moderate intensity earthquake measuring 5.4 on the Richter Scale shook Andaman islands this morning, MeT office said.

A moderate intensity earthquake measuring 5.4 on the Richter Scale shook Andaman islands this morning, MeT office said.

The quake hit the islands at 1009 hrs and its epicentre was located at a latitude 11.3 degree North and a longitude of 91.3 degree East.
