MADURAI, February 13: The toll in yesterday’s mishap involving a tourist van and the state transport corporation bus at Virudhunagar, rose to 14 with the death of one more person in the government Rajaji Hospital here today.

Police said the man succumbed to his injuries early today. All the bodies were identified. Seventeen people belonging to three families from Ullasanagar in Maharashtra, Secunderabad and Calcutta, who were on a pilgrimage had hired a van at Rameswaram to visit Kanyakumari.
