Amid speculations about the Samajwadi Party bailing out the Congress on the nuclear deal, SP chief Mulayam Singh Yadav was a man much sought after by the Delhi media last week. Tracked down to the party office on the very first day of his three-day stay in Delhi, Yadav had a tough time evading the press teams though he shuffled between his son8217;s residence on South Avenue and his brother8217;s flat on North Avenue. On the second day, Yadav thought of a plan to beat the media. Soon after his meeting with CPIM general secretary Prakash Karat, the SP chief left his son8217;s house in a private vehicle, leaving his security behind. The journalists were told he had left for the airport. The moment it was reported to him that the media entourage had left, he returned to his son8217;s house.
