CHENNAI, July 25: The MDMK palns to lay seige of Sterlite Smelting Plant on August 30, if the government decides to open it, according to V Gopalasamy, its general secretary. He also said that a campaign would be launched in Tuticorin to create an awareness on emnvironment among the people.
